Just a few points :-
If Littler EVER gets a start again at centre then I really will give up.
What is the point of having TWO centtres - Gouldielocks and Henry on the wing?
Smith has to play in the pack if of any use to the club.
Alkers days at Hooker are OVER. Robbie who is well older than Malcolm was much sharper. As Peter Kay would say - `Time to Go - theyll look after you now` Second row a possibility.
Swain & Stapleton - Why the accolades? These guys dont part. Cashmere is at least looking to offload.
Phil Leuluai - when can you remember a blistering second rowers break?
Not sure where we go from here - very low about the whole thing but maybe a young coach like Matt Calland who wants his teams to throw the ball about is the answer.
Driving down the middle for 80 minutes is NOT the answer and never will be.
Time for DRASTIC change in ideas and team.
I get the feeling Littler is only a main feature of the team because it's his testimonial year. Again we saw the effort tonight when he raced down the field to tackle Hodgson after a kick even though the game was pretty much gone and he always looks to take the ball in (despite the fact he doesn't actually do much with it). I'll seriously despair if he's in the starting line-up next season.
Smith's defence isn't good enough for him to play as a hooker.
Malc would be alright in the second row when it came to defending but going forward I can't really see it working with him in that position.
