Totally agree.
Robbie gives the truth not spin, something we have all wanted to hear and he gets slated for it.
Face facts he is going and although I would hate to see him in a Wanky top that is what will happen.
Could be worse might be Wigan please no no no

The problem here is that people keep asking for the truth... Robbie tells it exactly how it is and gets a slating. Is it any wonder the club keep stuff from the fans.

It's clear that the whole Myler thing is getting silly now, and that shows to me that it's unsettling everyone at the club. All Robbie seems to be doing is basically saying let's get it over with and start to move forward as this who process is getting the fans, the players and the officials of the club into a bit of a rut. He's probably miffed with the way Offiah is handling things and knows well enough how this is likely to turn out... after all... he's been around long enough to experience most things in the game... perhaps we should take note rather than get angry with him. He'll be one of the close people to Myler I would expect, and he'll be seeing for himself what it's likely to be doing to the guy.

On the other hand... people have talked about McRae's comments... he's just feeding us spin... telling us what he thinks we want to hear.

To be fair LF having read this post I actually agree with what you are saying and my previous post is probably a little harsh on Robbie Paul. I like everyone is getting a little fed up with the whole Myler circus regarding this transfer.

Lets put and end to it now and move on.

The whole affair is I guess unsettling to everyone , Players, Coach & fans alike.
Normally vox pops from team members in this circumstance would be unwelcome however nothing he says is controversial and as the clubs vice captain you should suspect it carries a concensus of the squads views on the matter. The most pleasing thing is his comment regarding the clubs wealth of talent
Quote:there's also a conveyor belt of talent coming through in this area and the club will look to invest their time and effort in other players
Hope it proves so

Thank you R Paul - someone talking sense at long last - players come players go - we're a feeder club at the moment - learn to live with that - take a football analogy - Dario Grady at Crewe made a very good business out of it !!

30 years a feeder club with average attendances of 3000, we should have more aspirations than that.

It's a miracle we're still here. Be thankful.

Some sense being spouted above. What we dont want is a Coley situation and no doubt we will be able to reassess after tonight.
