He may be a poor coach, I have seen him at training and I listen to what people within the club and the game as a whole say about him. Our style of rugby has improved slightly in the last few weeks. And certainly if it doesn't get better when players come back then I will agree that he has to go, but no matter how much he tries he is still left with the deadwood that his predecessors have left him. No matter who came in last year there needs to be a clearout of players and due to contractual commitments we couldn't do that at the end of last season.
This season is a different matter though, he has cap space to negotiate early termination of some contracts and has already made 4 good signings in Lauaki, long, fitzgibbon and tansey. Add to that retention of washy, briscoe and Burnett and there already is half "his" team next year.
To summarize, I am willing to wait and see what happens for the rest of this year and the off season to truly judge his all round management.
And while some of your points I agree with, your refusal to accept that there are some mitigating circumstances and laying "all" the blame at Agars feet IMO is naive.

Craig was dropped to the reserves because of a lack of confidence so why hasn't thorman had the same treatment when the coach has even come out and said he lacked confidence and at Leeds they took him off at half time for his own good???

That is the only time i have ever seen a (supposed) playmaker come off the field because he is dog sh*t in all the games i've ever seen and imo found it embarrassing and didn't think there is any way back for him. Clique clique for me.
