Have we become some sort of freak show desperate for a bad PR stunt?

Henson is 27, constantly injured in Union where he has to make 3 or 4 tackles a game, he would never in my opinion make it in League.

To say he would not handle the game from a defencive ability is showing lack of knowledge of Henson. His defence is vvery good and under the high ball hes also very good. His major problem is his fitness and its been as issue for over the last 12 months or more.

As a player there are a few as intelligent as he is in brining players into the game. Hed be ideal as Stand off or full back. His major flaw is his lack of staying fit over long periods recently.

Hes an ideal player to try on a week to week until September if any club would take the plunge as he has one of the biggest kicking games in World Rugby from the floor and ball in hand. Hed get 1 or 2 40/20 most games.

Interesting situation as i think hed be a success in SL. Has all the ability in the world. Only lacks fitness at the moment

He is a strong defender but he only has to pull off 3/4 a game and is shot off the back of that, i would hate to see the state of him if he had to do 10-15 a game week in week out.

he also has a reputation for living the good life, being a bad trainer and having a disruptive effect on team bonding (remember his little book after the lions tour ????)

a talent, but one who has the ability to ruin a club as much as benefit it

Ah, good taste!

I do think he could handle it. Its his attitude and ironically his insecurities thats his major problem.
