I really never thought that such a commited, dedicated and skillful angler such as yourself would (ahem) bite on my worm.
It's times such as these that being an out of towner facing a 170 mile round trip for games is a positive.
Unless it turns out to be my turn to drive, which if it is does anyone know where I can get hold of a second hand Sherman tank?
It would be great to think that this could a marvelous summer event, along the lines of Glyndebourne, the reality is it's more likely to be Brighton Rock.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Not a bite chief, just laying some more groundbait

I really hope this doesn't get switched, as Stan rightly points out, this could hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. I've seen too many beer-fuelled flashpoints over the last 2 seasons to feel that this could pass without incident.
It will come down to a Sky v Police debate, and I can't see Sky winning, but if they do, then they should assist Rovers financially for the additional policing cover that will be required.

12 noon Sunday is the best for this fixture.
There are a few people I would like to see get a crack, perhaps the car park can be reserved for this with proper stewerding and medical assistance.
