I could see Coley getting another year then we replace Fielden and Coley at the end of next season bring in LMS (not quite sure who he is ) and one Aussie or Kiwi

Agreed, as assistant fair play, as the head coach no thanks, big changes at Gloucester regards the coaching so he may very well be available, although as i understand it he is very well thought of as a coach there.

Isn't that to do with financail problems?
I've read that they have quite a few coaches/backroom staff on daft wages, Betts being one.

Dean Ryan has been sacked, Brian Redpath has taken charge so its a promotion from within, which will probably not harm Betts like a total new headcoach coming to the club might.
Financially Gloucester are fine, even if the media says otherwise they are a very rich club with many major backers.
