i have just had a phone call from a very reliable source telling me that lee briers will be a salford player next season , its supposed to be something to do with a young scrum -half we have going to the wire , i for one dont think briers is too bad

Trouble is, it smacks of Salford of yesteryear. We should have more faith in our younger players.

I'd be happy with that if it is true, briers kicking game can be awesome, summat we've lacked for a long time!

Lose the most talented young scrum half in the game at the moment and replace him with 31 year old whose career is on the slide.

Don't want a player and cash deal!!! Especially not Lee Briers. I don't have anything major against him just that he is at the end of career that has seen him suffer with quite a few bad injuries. He HAS BEEN a very good player. we've had our share of them thanks.

If someone wants Myler then we will have top dollar for him and let's go out and buy someone who is a class act between 20-25 years of age. No messing around with old make weights.

Why do clubs think that can off load their unwanted items on Salford.
Oh... because we keep taking them!!!

There maybe a spot for Briers at Swinton if Graham Holroyd dos`nt work out.
