In this weeks Diary, the last for a couple of weeks, I will look at that game, at letting the ball bounce and the performances of the team as I saw it. Then there is Bentham, the linesman and the Chelsea pensioners, (sounds like a potential porn film that), Then sun in our eyes, and Rich Whiting! Plus there’s a look at potential targets, Cusack signs on, which props will go, hookers a plenty, an Independent Supporters club, the Foundation up for an award and a take over at KCFM. Whilst in Codgers Corner we look back to the days when we had a great coach, a great captain and a great scrum half.

Have a good break and I for one will certainly miss the read next two weeks.
You never know miracles might happen and you may have lots of good things to write about when you get back.

Great memories of Greg Mackey - his partnership with Entat and that try of Gary Nolan's
Enjoy your break, Wilf

There was indeed three Chelsea pensioners at the game on friday. FYI they were guests of our former player Steve Evans who had met them in ponterfract. One happen to say that he had served time in the army in Hull, so Steve kindly offered to bring them to the game.
I was lucky enough to talk to one of these guys before the game and he was so looking forward to watching Hull play, and I was so please when he said ' I hope we win.'
I must say it was an honour to be in the same room as them and maybe we should ask them more often as they could have become our lucky mascot. lol
