Its time to bring this media circus to an end, Myler has clearly had his head turned by Offiah who is trying to line his own pockets with the best possible deal. The board should bring this matter to a close as soon as possible as it will not benefit the club or the players if this continues to drag on.
Nothing personel against Ritchie as he has been fantastic for Salford but I would let him go now so we can move on and concentrate on building a team for next season and finish this season with Smith and Racthford.

Salford City Reds are the National League Champions again and nobody will ever win a Grand Final more dramatically than this. Division One champions, Grand Final winners, winners of the Northern Rail Cup; everything their hearts desired. Down and out? Not a bit of it, they are never out. Memories are made of this forever and a day, Salford fans will ask "where did you watch the 2008 Grand Final? Where did you see John Wilshere save the day with the last kick of the ball?"
I have been critical of the club not acting to keep players in the past but with this latest contract offer that cannot be levelled at them this time. The blame lies with Offiah who has always been a money grabbing mercenary.
1. Leaves "amateur game" for RL.
2. Leaves Widnes for more dough
3. Becomes the biggest paracite there is in pro sport, an agent.
I also lay some blame on the media and inparticular Mr Clarke on Sky sports. He said during the international last week, "It's difficult for him to shine when you are spending most of your games standing behind your own posts".
Therefore implying that Salford could not fulfill Mylers ambitions. Thank you Mr Clarke!!!! You really know how to stick the knife in and twist it.
Perhaps McRae could raise this issue with him next time he's on Sky
