Every time he plays and when Everton concede a goal, you see their defence step up to play offside, then you look to the right back position and see Hibbert three yards behind everyone else with his arm up.
He's alright against the gritty sides like Bolton and Stoke, but put him up against half decent players and he's regularly shown up.
