What you need to ask is when the contracts to build the stadium are going out to tender.

Without contracts to build, then there will be no build.

At present all you have is pretty pictures.

Nothing to my knowledge has been done re getting companies to tender to build the new Salford stadium.

Saints for example have been splashed all over Construction News with details for firms to apply for tender to build the ground.

when are we going to see some progress on our projected new stadium ,i for one would be intrested ,or is it the case of the club leading us into the promised land and failing to deliver , they were quick enough to say how much they have offered to richie ,but do not seem as quick with news at the stadium ,lets hear some news and lets get this build under way ,and stop keeping us fans in the dark over when the work will begin , we are becoming a laughing stock to the rest of the rugby league world

It does highlight the closed nature of how Peel are dealing with it. No news = suspicious minds.

Peel holdings is a builder therefore it would be fair to assume since it's their project they would build it themselves. No need for any tender Mr Chair Maker!
