l imagine our home grown players and those of long standing will be absolutely thrilled, to see players from Wigan, Saints, Wakey, and an Oz who carn,t make his mind up, collecting medals (should we get to the finals), while they watch from the stands.
Said before l don,t agree with loan deals especially from other SL clubs,
we are making them into better players, for what?
We're enhancing the quality of our squad and increasing competition for places. I'm sure whilst Mossop, Fulton, Sculthorpe et al pull on the shirt they are 100% committed and are a part of our team.
Players come and go, that's the way of the world.

And heres the subtle thing
Players looking for a club, especially young ones, will see Huddersfield as a club where merit and ability come first over age and experience, where young players get a chance early and not later, and arent farmed out to other clubs...

Exactly, our young promising players are having to sit in the reserves whilst all these loan players are taking their chance in the 1st team. A young player might as well get a contract with Saints or Wigan, at least they will get a loan deal with another SL club.

Not sure there are loads of young giants missing out because of Moore and Mossop. You could argue Carlile and Patrick. Though I suspect if we did not have Moore on loan a more experienced 9 would have been signed.
The average age of SL debuts is around 21/22 - I think. So I think Carlile is being brought on well.
We have Bruno and Leroy now settled in. We have J Griff / Patrick / Carlile / McNally / McGilvray coming through. Plus players like Fairbanks Walker and Fletcher a few years away. No one really being held back.
