Sorry, but I'm past paying any attention to these nod, wink and "you'll just have to trust me" merchants.
If someone's told you that Kearney's turned us down, then tell us when, tell us who (or at least how he's supposed to know), and tell us the circs surrounding it. If it's not happening, how can it possibly need to remain a secret?
Until such time as you provide this data, I'll continue to hope for someone like Kearney.

A nods as good as a wink to a blind bat! Eh? Eh? Know what I mean?
Baked bean boogie please ignore the voices, they will go away in time.
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.
Get webb in he's what we need a big ****house to get things going on the pitch
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
It's in the Wigan Observer his agent saying how Wigan need to act now of they want to sign him for next season or else North Queensland won't release him due to them not being able to find a replacment.
He says he expects to hear Lenagans decision soon.

The guy though would have papered over the cracks for another season for sure. He is state of origin class - one of the best halfbacks in the world and it was a pleasure to watch him but while he was there we were not a team. We were Trent Barrett plus 16 other players. It sounds harsh and disrespectful but effectively we were.
Well given we are now arguably Hock and 16 others I guess we'd better show him the door as well? Some player not as good as him will no doubt improve if that happens to be slightly less good than Hock.
I don't agree we were not a team with Barrett here any more than we weren't a team when Farrell was here, or Edwards or Hanley were here.
The problem with star players at Wigan, if there is one, lies with the other players who if you are right must be sitting back and letting the star do all the work.

It wont happen.
We are looking at players for 2011 when we will be able to do something with the cap.
