To be honest, I think that could be said for most of them whether France had lost or not.

I dunno, some of the oohs and aahhs from the crowd were encourageing and they cant have failed to enjoy some of the rugby played by England. Just cant imagine the french public enjoying being dicked by England

Lots of the people had free tickets. How many will turn up when they find out they have to pay?
On a more positive note, I thought England played some good open rugby.
France were far from full strength and did well considering that first half.

Fair point, and another reason why the game should have been in Toulouse/Perpignan 7k with rakes of free tickets is poor IMO

yeah, the game almost went the other way to what I was hoping, I felt a good result would be score under 40 against france and a decent 1st half so I suppose i cant moan too much........probably will do though!

One bookie was offering 4/5 France +88 at half time. I almost snatched their hand off as I thought 'No way can France play as badly', but I stuck with my England -32
Two other Catalonia internationals are confirmed for the summer. An end of season tour to UK is being talked about.

The point of "in paris" was to get th media to mention it and the free tickets to be sure the stdium wasn't empty. Tht was as much of a success as possible. No point reeling in Parisian RL fans, there's no club side for them to follow!
