Iknow its a boring subject for some but how is the movement or lack of it going for the new stadium? Will we ever hear anything from the club about it?Ifeel now, if we dont hear that we will never have one, so hello to national league one rugby and goodbye super league.
We are in June, 62 week build takes us into 2011 season probably, the suns out so perfect building weather and if we are to start this year we must know a date because arranging all the machinery etc is not done one morning when you wake up and decide its a good day to start the Barton Stadium. ---So the silence tells you everything.

the machinery can be arranged in a morning. due to the slowdown of the construstion industry at the moment, there will be plenty of plant hire companies who will bend over backwards for a client

The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..
Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
