London Skolars used to play in it, and while it's not London, Hemel used to play in it, and are the only side near London (apart from the Skolars) that could realistically be let into the NCL, as the rest don't meet criteria. If the NCL went to summer or Hemel were happy to switch to winter then it would make sense, as the NCL is a better league than the RLCN, but other than that can't see it happening as no league needs a London team, it's just nice if there's one of the required standard interested in the league

Also, London teams that have played in the North (NL3) before have dropped out because of the travelling. It takes so long just to get around the capital never mind get out of it!
