I'm thinking about booking to goto Wembley for the CC cup final. Hopefully the wire will be there but even if the pies turn us over i think it should be a good day as i have never been to wembley before so it should be a good experience.
Are any of you going? I have looked through here and cannot find anything about it. If so is there an area where wire fans congregate??

It's a great day out, you should go for sure. It will be a great final whatever happens, especially if Saints beat Hudds we are guarenteed a huge crowd and a big atmosphere.
Who would you guys want to win in a Saints V Wigan final.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

I'm going whether we win the semi or not. Saints v Wigan, I'm up for Wigan. Hopefully that wont come into it though.

Anyone but saints for me, I don't want them getting anywhere near our 8.

Any thoughts or advice on how best to get there? I see that the £9 billion spent on the westcoast line has been a waste and so car or coach looks likely.

Pretty easy by train, can get to London with limited changes and it's pee-easy on the tube, and either leave before full time or wait a while to get back on tube
