Eels: Josh Cordoba, Joe Galuvao, Todd Lowrie, Fui Fui Moi Moi, Junior Paulo, Taulima Tautai, Jeremy Latimore.
Panthers: Paul Aiton, Matt Bell, Petero Civoniceva, Geoff Daniela, Junior Moors, Keith Peters.

KM Hunt will probably be too high profile to sign.Anthony Minichiello might be an option. Moi Moi would be awesome but has a record that will prevent him signing or a SL team.
Lockyer perhaps? Probably wishful thinking.
I would go all out for Petro, but that all depends if he retires from rep footy, otherwise there's no chance.
For some reason I have a funny feeling Matthew Head is the most likely to end up at Wigan off this list.

People seem to be just picking and choosing from this list. We can only get 2 players max from this list, one of our players will have to be British. IMO we should go for a top class aussie HB. A prop should also be a priority but must be a big game player. So where is our FB going to come from, we have no chance of signing all 3 of them from that list. I have a feeling we will just sign a prop and a new HB.
The release of Bailey, Coley, Smith, Phelps and Carmont would create massive cap space. Hoepfully we have alot of money available. I think we need a mini steady clearout over the next 2 years to try and get a better mix of established young players and top class aussies with some good english talent thrown in.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

Orford for me, has to be. If we are going to sign a half back from anywhere, i don't think Myler would come to us, and Lockyer will get another contract in aus, which leaves Orford. Good organising half back, a leader, what me need imho.

Hs age is a big no for me. the halfs are such a key partnership that we need continuity over the next 3-4-5 years. We will struggle to acheive this with Orford.
If we could get him for a reasonable price then the experience would fantastic for Sam T. but we will be back to square one in 2-3 years time.
If it was me i would Sign Rangi Chase from Cas. i think he has been one of the most underrated players in the SL this year.
Either that or we throw a wad of cash at Smith and hope he stays. i think he could be tempted, maybe. it is a frustrating situation because him and Sam together for the next few years could be the best since we know who.

i get what everyone is saying about consistency in the halves, but there is no-one [with the exception of myler, who i would love, but dont think we will get] that i can see being released in the next year or two that would be an adequate partner for sam for the next 4-5 years. so why not go for orford for 2 and see what comes available in that time?

True but the better option IMO would be to re-sign Smith. He is getting better all the time and is one of the most skillfull 7s i have seen play the game.
