All players from the Southern hemisphere will get displacement premiums for moving halfway round the world. IMO Crocker, Berrigan and Lauaki are worth big money. Manu and Tony to a lesser extent. Cusack and Byrne have essentially done jobs that decent homegrown players could do.
You're still saying that FC spend only 1/3 of the wage bill, ie £533k on its British players. I'm still not convinced that the combined wage bills of Raynor, Yeaman, Hall, Briscoe, Calderwood, R Horne, Thorman, G Horne, Dowes, Houghton, Thackray, Hodgson, King, Maloney, Washbrook, Whiting, Lee, Radford, Whiting, Tickle and Burnett is £533k. You are saying their average salary is £25k. Unlikely IMO.

25k is about the average for players with squad numbers 18-25 give or take exceptions.
I know 4 or 5 who get about that.
I would of thought the first 7 in your list would be more likely on double and most of the rest on around 25 or less basic.

It will be more if you double count.
About 6 of those players are on less than £25k and i think only half of King and R Hornes contract count towards the cap because of their 10 years service.
I won't be far wrong.
Anyway you can put as much spin on it as you like i'm not that fussed The point is how do we get the ordinary and below average overseas players out of our game.

You think GB internationals like horne, yeaman and raynor are on £50k p.a.? Think again.
Clubs spend £1.6m p.a. on 25 players. There will be 7 or so who probably make up about £200k of that, leaving £1.5m to spend on the other 18 averaging out at £83k. I doubt that many of the established 1st team players are on less than £50k but expect there are a few around or above £100k. Market forces dictate the going rate for a player.

That's true but occasionally administrators are unwiling to spend market value to get their man

We'll agree to disagree. I don't believe that FC spend £25k on average to its British players, which would have to be the case for your claim that FC spend only 33% of the cap on them. It's not "spin" it's a fair analysis of your claim.
In terms of ordinary overseas players we've only got Berrigan, Fitzgibbon, Lauaki and Manu contracted for next year and will be well over the homegrown requirement (and actually fielding these players rather than having them as token squad players). That seems in the spirit of the quota strategy to me.
The players are out there if clubs showed any real desire to look for them. Huddersfield beat Rovers on Friday with only 2 overseas players in their team. Rovers had 7.
Nuff said me thinks.
And Huddersfield have exactly how many more seasons in Super League to build up their british contingent and how many more mergers to cherry pick their British players than Rovers.
Rome wasn't built in a day....but our squad is buliding nicely , in only its third full season in S.L. and AFAIK fits in perfectly with R.L. quota's.

They have also spent time outside the top flight and never negelected their YD.

Not those three no, but if you think some of the other players are on more than about £25,000 then your wrong.
I know at least three that are on less than that, 2 at Hull 1 at Rovers and he played in the World Cup
You also need to remember that Crockers £150-£200k will be off the cap now and I dont see anyone else coming in to command that sort of money so the club will only be spending £1.4.
Also the club lost in the first round of the CC so all those bonuses that are on their cap are now free.
As you say it is an average, everyone has their own deal but there will be a fair few in that squad on quite small wages compared to the big earners.
I do know that one Prop at Hull keeps getting less and less every year
