Agar is not Head Coach material.
I don't wish to sound cruel, but when he is interviewed he doesn't come across as very bright and in fact sounds not at all confident in himself.
How the players respond to this man being in charge is there for all to see.
The club needs a leader.
Someone with a reputation and pedigree, who the players will listen and learn from.
Someone who can get the best out of the players he has, and identify the players he needs.
This man is not Agar.
Never has been and never will be.
