England's warm-up wins need to be put in the context of the opposition IMO, which wasn't exactly great on either night.
They're still no better than 5th or 6th best side in the competition I reckon, even with home advantage.
Personally I'd be going with:
Bopara, Wright, Pietersen, Shah, Collingwood, Foster, Rashid, Broad, Swann, Sidebottom, Anderson.

He missed 3 run outs and one missed catch in the last over
Hitting the wicket without the ball
Add that to his gash bowling performance in his other overs and i'd say he was our worse player.
Am i right in thinking that if he never threw that last ball, it would of gone into a super over ?
