Denied by Hatton's lawyer.
Will put the link in later when I get home. It's on livefight.com though

Excellent news
Thought the board of control would bottle it and let him off with a fine.
Hope he feels a bit more shameful now than he did in his interview on the night.

If the Hopkins that fought Pavlik turns up I dread to think what he'd do to FRoch. But if Hopkins starts showing his age, Froch would have a chance.
Bute in Nottingham is the more realistic prospect though.

Pavlik came up to meet Hopkins didnt he? And IIRC injured his elbow or wrist before the fight which didn't help.
Froch Vs Hopkins would be much closer. Don't forget Taylor has beaten Hopkins twice..

Pavlik did come up (it was at a 170lbs catchweight IIRC). I think Hopkins will either school Froch, or Froch (I'm not sure why I think this) will KO Hopkins. Personally I think he should go for the unification fight against Bute, and then fight either Hopkins or Kessler. Its a pretty big if he'll beat Bute TBH, but I hope he does.

Followed Froch for quite a while and always found him to be an entertaining fighter and (I'll get alot of disagreement here) a likeable bloke. His obsession with Joe Calzaghe I admit is cringeworthy, but I'm glad he is starting to get some recognition.
Temptation, greets you like your naughty mate,
The one that used to get you in bother,
But one that you could never bring yourself to hate.

Watch Friday fight nights on sky, theres always some good fights on there.
Tyson Fury fights again tomorrow on ITV4, on the undercard of John Murray-Sam Lawton fight for the British lightweight title.
A Rogan-Sexton rematch has been agreed for September, so hopefully justice will be done and Rogan regains his title.

I think his ego is taking over he has made a few very unwise comments in the last month or so and think he has a chip on his shoulder after how his last fight was treated by TV but in truth he would be better sticking to talking about Boxing and not things outside the game.
