James has done a cracking job at the club and i wish him all the best at KR. Hopefully those still involved will step up and do an even better job. The work they do in the community could well frame the success of the club in the future.

The positive is that it gives the club the chance to appoint someone new who will bring new ideas, new approach, new enthusiasm, new desire, new drive.

James has done a good job he will leave on good terms. The opportunity for the club to appoint the right person to replace James and to be also given a marketing role to promote the club in a positive light to all media outlets is a great window of opportunity.

Have we already got someone appointed to the role?
Is it a question of 'watch this space'?

Absolutely - and it sounds like he has agonised over the decision before agreeing to move! :(
