To be fair, wouldnt be a ruck. Newton would squash him into a small ball and bouce him around, before throwing him in the bin.

so the fact he had to retake his driving test after his ban and took a bit of time off is unacceptable, and he's named in the 19???

a ban for drink drive wouldn't mean a re-test.
