Good and the more noses he puts out of joint the better. Players in this team either need to man up or move on. Post match spas, daily massages and all those other nice little 'treats' aren't what this side needs.

My expectations were lowered significantly after the defeat to Oldham. I've said since then that this season would be a shambles. Fortunately I do have faith in Cullen to get the root of the problems and sort them out.

Internet Cafes and Massages etc he has every right to stop all this, it does make us soft and hopefully with the tougher new regime and mighty Mick on board we'll see a big improvement in attitude. Getting everyone together in any team is key but there is still one thing i dont understand, if it was so slack in the past why did Mccormack love him or hate him win the majority of games?

I suppose the soft under belly was exposed in our numerous finals.

The Stankevitch situation doesnt look good though, if he does go and we look for a part time assistant i wouldnt mind having David Hulme back in the fold.

Love a brew.

Offloading many of our better players such as Noone, Hardman and Beswick, buying in wingers and full backs we didn't need, buying in other team's academy cast offs, not investing in a bigger front row to name just a few things... I think we had a point to prove last year too. We've recruited poorly on the back of an ineffective training regime and Cullen now has the unenviable task of getting to the bottom of.

Is this just speculation though? To be quite honest, if he doesn't like what's going on then he can go too. I'm liking Cullen's no nonsense approach, if he can't hack it then tough poop.

Only gossip but i have heard that the club wanted to cut his wages and in affect make him part time as it's a waste paying a full time wage for him being there all day.

Could be bull but quite a few have said it.

Love a brew.

Does beg the question as to what exactly your remaining full-time players will do to fill their days though. Get them a job in your community department or you'll have 9 Jules O'Neill's on your hands.

And they do. There's no difference here than say Halifax who have a mix of full time and part time too, albeit they only have a handful, they still do community work. I believe Duffy and Fletcher do quite alot?

I truly believe that Cullen will get you lot sorted out. With his coaching ability he will soon have you up to mid table standard in no time.

Has he put an end to his cushy little number with Sky as well as part of these `making the Vikings tougher` cuts. Afterall dosnt look good when the players cant have a massgae after a game yet the coach cant make training because of a Sky assignment.
