80 where do you play that sounds pretty good havent done that in a long time meself

I have the occasional 9 holes with my mates at home.

The problem is I hit lumps of the turf further than I do the ball, I really should take lessons.

Its only a par 66 course but its very pretty. Shot a 38 front and a poor 42 back earlier. Just been back and shot another 38 front and my HCP is 15 so all in all im 4 under for the day

Nice one i was getting pretty good before i broke my wrist was regularly shooting between 77-82ish only on par 67-70s mind, now im lucky if i break 90

Pfft, you should have seen me when I was playing golf, 38 and 42, easy.

I could do those scores on the first two holes, no problems.

Sadly that sounds like My Dad i knew i shouldnt play golf with him

hes on about golf not local boozers

oh and sleep wise

ive slept like a log when its been hot

tires me out you see, snores me head off

Although a round of pub golf is just as fun, and is likely to be the them of my next birthday night out!

Whitehaven doesn't even have 9 pubs!

Played my 1st tournament of the year today and shot a 73 (net 58 ) Im currently clubhouse leader of both gross and nett scores. Bring on the prizes
