How is Penny's development coming on was really exciting prospect for the game but had a few weaknesses?

Just throwing this out there, but how good would it be if he was to score the winner against the pies in the semi?

He's at Widnes now, on loan.
I personally don't think he will make it at the top level of the game. Similar to how Nicky Royle went..
I hope he proves me wrong.
