We already have a right winger thats just signed a new one year deal in Chris Hicks so why would we want Brian Carney another right winger, he`ll be 33 in July, maybe the club are showing interest in the oirish man because they want the car park re-tarmacing on the cheap...

Todd Carney maybe, but not Brian. With Riley, Hicks, King and Penny we are fine in the wing position. This signing baffles me, but people more 'in the know' than me are practically confirming it, so there's a fair chance its true.

Whats happning with richie myler because i read somthing on here a while back saying we have signed him for next year for 200k on a three year deal and now im hearing that we havent ?
Carney would add a bit more beef to the side. Currently Matt King comes in off the wing looking for work and helping out the forwards. Riley doesn't do this (probably told not to) as he may lose the ball in collision due to his size. Carney was one of the best in Superleague atr returning the ball. It will only be pay as you play so we have nothing to lose. People weren't overly excited about the Hicks signing.
Now The Wire.

Carney and King would be quite an imposing combo. Very physical, to be sure, mate.
Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.
