Would be interesting to see the England GB side play at a stadium where the majority of the crowd would be supporting the opposition, like Hampden, Millennium Stadium or Anfield.

I think that, like most major championships, there'd be a degree of movement around the country. If I had to guess, I'd say they'd play group games at each of the English grounds.
