got to to agree with you Brian Smith did it with a average squad with two or three good players . Morgan implements a game plan that is versatile with a squad that is not much better than ours What i cant understand is what skills is Sharp bringing, he has the expeirence of Gb/ Wigan and still we have no alternative plan. John Kear once told me he believed abig part oif the game in his opinion is in the mind and this coaching staff cannot apply any of them, as you rightly say "structures"
