After your shaky start to the season, you've really picked up the past 5 or 6 weeks? when was the turning point? What changes have you made in personell and tactically.

There will be things in-house that fans may not have knowledge of. Our pre-season jaunt to Florida seems to have been a little disruptive and may have left some lingering unhappiness. BUT..team harmony looks good now and the delight on the faces of the players after our recent good form is a joy to see. As for the playing side i was of the opinion that we needed 10-12 games to get to grips with the speed of the game. We have done that now and we also have players in form and playing in positions they are comfortable with. At the moment we are going well so lets enjoy it
