Hull need to give Danny Houghton an extended run at hooker and partner Horne with Berrigan in the halves. With Carvell gone and Manu injured there's no-one to break tackles when Thackray is off the field.

The rest of the side can be built around the foundation of an explosive ball carrier and an organiser at 7.

sounds about right .

Born and Bred Black and White thank god !

Have a think (if you're capable of doing so) about how you might feel if you were in his position.
If you want to vent your anger, go to the root of the problem - don't single out individuals.

He's getting paid a huge wad of cash to play a game. if he can't be assed to put the effort in then he deserves all the criticism he gets.

FYI he's signing a further two year extension keeping him at the club till 2012 which isn't a surprise considering our present position and future plans. :D

Shame i haven't the time to dig up your posts about Crocker already being here

Trust a rovers fan to say that, i asked the general opinion of neutrals (no kr trolls please at least post seriously if your a kr fan), where is best to get the view of neutrals :?:

"They'd butt each other like a pair of billy goats and would both look like a mess at the end of the game. I'd often see Billy an hour later sharing a beer with his rival, with both blokes sporting half a dozen stitches in their scones. They were a breed apart, fornt-rowers - blokes like Bluey were proof of that." Johnny Raper on Billy Wilson and other front rowers of the time

I hope you are as accurate about that, as you are about Dobson. Come to think of it, it doesn't even really matter, Orford won't save FC (even if you do get him), the rot is from the top and with out them you have no club. Vicious circle I feel, its a bitch ain't it.

Now, stop taking your frustrations about your poop team and poop board out on us poor little Robins and go take a well earned valium

Ah Mrs Barista! Not much to contribute due to the fact you can no longer hide behind the old "injuries" excuse...

Anyway, back on topic.

Raynor, Manu and Berrigan are class players but everything else associated with that club is a lost cause; board, chairman, CE, head coach, "football operations manager", average players and a diluted fan base, etc. etc.

The fans have been taken in by the spin of their CE and now they're cottoning on to the fact that Rovers are the daddies in this town...

You know nothing about me petal, so don't presume you do. I let him rattle me, I shouldn't have, but there you go, I did.

Did he have his info right? No he didn't and I knew he didn't. The OP asked for sensible posts about your clubs current situation and all the person I quoted could do, was go on about Dobson, trying to get a rise.

FC's problems do not lie with the players but behind the scenes imo.
Whoever is in charge of recrutiment needs to be gone.
The coach doesn't seem to be able to get the best out of what is a reasonably talented squad
The board who are more interested in recouping their investments than using the clubs resources to strengthen the side.

It's been going on for too long and with too many different players to be down to just a general lack of playing ability. Some of teh decisions re the squad have been terrible, hindsight is a wonderful gift but geez some of them blind freddy could see would cause problems.

WEST COAST PIRATES
NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......
