FYI he's signing a further two year extension keeping him at the club till 2012 which isn't a surprise considering our present position and future plans.

Raynor, Manu and Berrigan are class players but everything else associated with that club is a lost cause; board, chairman, CE, head coach, "football operations manager", average players and a diluted fan base, etc. etc.
The fans have been taken in by the spin of their CE and now they're cottoning on to the fact that Rovers are the daddies in this town...

FC's problems do not lie with the players but behind the scenes imo.
Whoever is in charge of recrutiment needs to be gone.
The coach doesn't seem to be able to get the best out of what is a reasonably talented squad
The board who are more interested in recouping their investments than using the clubs resources to strengthen the side.
It's been going on for too long and with too many different players to be down to just a general lack of playing ability. Some of teh decisions re the squad have been terrible, hindsight is a wonderful gift but geez some of them blind freddy could see would cause problems.
WEST COAST PIRATES NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......
