I think it was eight tackles that he missed. That would be terrible throughout a full game, but in just one half, well, it's the worst effort I've ever seen from anyone. When combined with his terrible picking of passes, the terrible passes he throws, his terrible kicking game, the stupid penalty on the last tackle and the complete lack of effort in dealing with the kick for Webb's try, it's undoubtedly the worst performance I've ever seen from a player. Just a complete lack of skill in attack combined with both a lack of effort and technique in defence.
Hopefully that's the last we've seen of him in a Hull shirt. A one-legged Berrigan showed more even with the game gone and should keep the spot for the rest of the year.

I don't want to get too positive but I do see certain changes being made. I don't see thorman playing for a while (if at all) think berrigan will play 7 for the rest of the year. Thought our ptb's were a lot quicker tonight due to raynor and tony, think houghton will get the hooking role with lee on the bench spelling him or radford or vice versa with lee moving from hooker to LF. On paper we were pretty strong tonight. Just not in application.

Fully agree with regards to Berrigan, tbh young Williams in the reserves could do better than Thorman on tonights showing.
He was a little unlucky with the Webb try as I am pretty sure it deflected off the post at last minute but still the lack of effort all half was appauling and I stick by my comments on page 1.

Do they not breach the AUP though ?
