According to the League Express Saints are sniffing around him as a replacement for Long. With that in mind, had there being updates on his contract negotiations?

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!

Morgan was quoted on teletext as saying contract negotiations are ongoing and he was confident Dobson would extend his stay (or something along those lines). It isn't clear who has the option for 2010, obviously it strengthens Rovers' hand if it is them.
Anyway, isn't the official Hull fans' position that he isn't worth what we are paying him. Shouldn't we hoping he goes to free up a massive chunk of cap?
Also, isn't Eastmond meant to be the next big thing? Though i'm not sure him and Pryce would be a well balanced pairing.
Its a non-story. May have my blinkers on but why would anybody leave Craven Park voluntarily at the moment, assuming financially things were like for like? And afterall who else would pay over the odds for Dobson like Rovers did?

Yeah, why would anyone want to play for the most successful side in the SL era?
