I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!

The owner of Fev has not missed a Reserve away game all year and even took the lads for a feed and a few beers after Whitehaven away at his own expense. He paid £20,000ish to take the first team to Martbella and is at every training session working on the stadium, changing Light bulbs, manning the BBQ when amateur finals are on etc. It is not unusual really, most clubs have fans as Chairman otherwise the sport would not be like it is. Except maybe from Kath H
