Depends entirely on whether the player has been given permission to speak to other clubs.

Ok, I am breaking a habit. I always read these posts. Often for a chuckle but take a lot of notice of the serious posts and enjoy both the banter and serious stuff. I very rarely post but feel I must on this occasion. Makali Aizue is NOT crossing the city. He is NOT leaving Rovers and is very much in the plans for next season as an impact bench man.
