I must admit that Runcorn Bridge can be a pain at peak times and something needs to be done. If I was going that way I wouldnt mind paying a toll instead of sitting in a jam but I cant see you Widnesians paying up. That will mean you will clog up the roads in Daresbury and Walton! Please object lads and lasses.
I can see many tight booty Warringtonites objecting to paying a toll and clogging up the already clogged up roads in the town myself included!
