If the Eels are having financial troubles then I would look at trying to get Joel Reddy, great young centre.
I know, it is a tough one. It's just frustrating that when they do, it rarely seems to be us doing the enticing. Try making a list of players from the last 5 years who came over to play for us whilst they were under 29 years old, it's slim pickings. Why we have such a poor record of this is a serious question that needs addressing.
I wonder what the chances of Anderson clearing a few players out for his own signings are. I also would have thought if the offer was right Inu might be gettable, as his international career is still manageable from SL and we could tell him he can work with the local community as missionary work.

I still don't believe this is all down to the Club, I think it also has to do with the area, whether we like it or not, let's face it the Rover's players were not big stars and they maybe thought they would chance their arm, this is not the standard we are hoping to attract, what we want to attract are the likes of what are attracted to Leeds, Wigan, Saints where it is no secret they have major towns or cities right on their doorstep.
The amount of bad press this area has had over the years for one reason or another must be reflected across the world as being what they know us for. Not a team currently in the top eight with three major cup finals in 4 years. Just a thought!
