Id take scully, but only because of yaks injury, atkins won't be on that much money I wouldn't of thought. Yet!
Sculthorpe as a worst injury record than any of our players. The only one I'd take is Atkins and if there that desperate for monry they'd have to let him go.

an all english backline of Raynor, Yeaman, Atkins and Calderwood would be good
with the spare money they have for this season (and no chance of an aussie getting a visa in time) spending some money they had saved for Crockers wages on a British talent like Atkins would be a good move.
If it's true regarding Wakefield then we have to take advantage. We need a centre and Atkins fits the bill, we've clearly got the money available to make this happen. We are hopefully well on the way to sorting out our half back situation if the Orford/Kimmorley stories are to believed. This would then allow us to concentrate on getting that rough arsed prop that we also need, and Mark O'Mealy fits the criteria.

I'd take Rooney (if fit) but for the rest of this season only and make an offer for Atkins.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
