I think that will change too, IF smith stays, he likes to bring through young players to develop them and give them chance, by good coaching he improves them!!

They will be willing to pay that extra bit to secure him like they did with Monaghan when we were in for him.

this time I think the board realise they stand to lose a lot of money if they don't sort our problems out, so i'd hope they'd be more ambitious about getting a halfback this time
and with Monaghan I'm glad we didn't get him in the end, i think he's been very disappointing for Warrington

Yeah but so has king et al there, could have been deeper problems there that Smith seems to be sorting, may get better performances from now!

I think Whiting is one of our better players, and the likes of him and Graham Horne are not the problem. Its the top earners in the key positions who are under performing. The Salary cap stops every team from having 17 star players.

Having a player like Graham Horne being a regular starter is a problem IMO, he's only here because of his brother IMHO.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

What hell, loads of bitching on here, people will still go to the games and still buy the shirts, or i will anyway!!
