Kicking game dreadful
halfbacks so predictable and both terrible
fullback not up to sl standard we missed hodgson today
maybe we should call mcnally back and give him a go? we cant do much worse.
most of the team looked like they couldnt be bothered today.
why do we have 3 hookers in our 17??
moores passing was poor today.
get the chequebook out and sign brough.
Sadly not surprised by the loss. Had a bad feeling as soon as Brett was out. Was at Quins v Wakey today, both average, but Quins slightly better. Always saw Salford as a banana skin, and they are showing some form.

Credit to Salford, they defended well, made very few errors and took advantage of our mistakes. I thought our pack was stronger, but we couldn't build on it.
FARTOWN FOREVER
FARTOWN LEGENDS - Danny, Eorl, Reilly, Stan and Wally
i agree we need a proper number 6 becuase although brown is doing all he can atm, he doesnt have the spark that we need to take us too the next level.
i agree though korkidas played 15 minutes in the whole game.....whats all that about?! awful substitution rotation there our forwards looked completely outplayed n we needed that regular change up front
cudjoe is alright at fullback, he has good positioning and catching skills but he dances in front of the defence and doesnt run hard enough!
n i will tell you what really gets on my nerves, people leaving 10 MINUTES before the end of the game! whats all that about? alright al be the first one to admit it, yeh we played bad, we didnt finish of the few good moves that we did, but come on have some pride in your team
also, there was this one guy singling out d. hodgson. ok, he didnt have the best of games and he hasnt really hit his top form this season, but this guy is saying 'o hodgson, your s**t, your this, your that', n am thinking to myslef, o yeh mate thats guna do his confidence a world of good innit? he does get involved with the ruck a hell of a lot, but that is because our forwards dont get back enough. he needs to be in open space more so he can show his speed and his step

They didnt have to be "that good" as you put it did they? I think you are doing them an injustice. They managed to keep us to 4 points so they must have had some say in that.
We didnt have any enthusiasm, rubbish handling skills, terrible kicking game, no communication and looked like they were shattered before the first 20 had gone by. Walking with hands on hips, poor tackling, the list goes on. I dont know what has gone wrong with the team lately but it needs sorting before we slip slide all the way down the table to swap places with Salford. The worry is I cant pinpoint one single thing that is causing this slump. On today's performance I really do not know who we can beat. I am really disappointed with the team at the moment.

People pay their money its their choice when they leave. That game was absolutely terrible. I for one admit I left early. I take my 80 year old Mother-in-Law and I figured why waste 10 minutes on a team that werent interested when I could be making my way over to her house and then back across town to my house to get myself started on packing for my holiday. I applaud the team and stay behind at the end most games but today I figured they werent bothered why should I be? It doesnt make me any less a fan than you or anyone else. I have never booed the team and never will no matter have bad they are. Not even through the first 4 years of SL when we were nailed on to lose, I turned up and never once booed. Leaving early, yes I have and will do so again if it suits me to do so.
I will tell you what REALLY gets on my nerves...people getting up and down every 5 minutes to go to the bar, fetch a beer back, only to get up 5 minutes after that to go to the loo. No sooner have they sat down than little Jonny wants to go to the loo so Dad gets up again to take him, brings him back only to get up minutes later to go fetch yet another beer. Drives me mad. If you want a beer so much go to the pub. Fair enough sell it before the game and at half time but does it really need to be sold throughout? And does it really need to be allowed into the stands? I have lost count of the number of times folks spill beer on their way past you. Arent we all there to watch a game.

totally agree with all the above points, though i thought the main difference was salford stuck to a game plan and executed it perfectly, we had enough chances in the first half to win the game but couldnt execute, why have we suddenly wanted to kick into the in goal all the time especially when they had been shortened today.
who the hell picked mom because both half backs were shocking in my opinion, cant see how any of the backs could have won it, again i have said it before the cas fans were right about moore hes not upto the job, his passing is awful. also think nathan brown should shoulder some of the flak his team selection today and tactics seemed clueless, lunt great impact player coming on as hooker but not starting as back rower, the farce with korkidas unless he was injured, ithink he was outcoached today as well as the team outplayed
rant over well played salford, lets get back on track at wakey next week
