I'm not. They'll prefer to put their money into more high-profile sports, so whilst they probably would be happy to sponsor a few SL clubs, those clubs would probably get a better deal out of the likes of kooga, isc etc. The brand I'm surprised isn't more prominent in SL is Canterbury.

This is an e-mail a mate of mine recieved about a replicate shirt IMO it adds fuel to the rumour.

Unfortunately we have been badly let down by our suppliers Kooga. They have been promising them for what seems like forever but have now told us that they are unable to supply any infant shirts. It's Kooga who call the tune, not the Bulls and they have badly let us down in this area.
We are very disappointed, both for the club and the supporters. One of the benefits of the Gold Membership of the Junior Bulls is shirt and we have had to refund a lot of people who took out that membership and were expecting a shirt.
We have taken the matter up with Kooga but unfortunately they cannot supply them, or indeed anymore of the blue shirts in any size. What we have is what we have got sand we will not be getting anymore.
I am sorry to disappoint you but there is nothing we can really do about it. I can assure you we do think a lot about the children and were desperate to get these shirts in stock.
If you give me a call, on ***** ******, I'll try and sort something else out to try and make amends

They are, abeit in Aus, as they make the shirts for St George. Maybe they only get involved in sports/areas with a high exposure level, can't blame them can you

Despite the general consensus in Huddersfield that the KooGa gear for us has been extreamly good! It hasn't been without various hiccups regarding baby wear!!
Last year the under 2 range came in without shorts and socks but the price was for the full kit at £30 a fair few people bought this despite no Shorts or socks being told that they would be coming! They never did as Kooga said it wasn't worth it!! The shirts did eventually get reduced to £20 but still some of those who paid the full whack for the kit never got refunded!! This year though our new kit has come with shorts and socks which my son paraded in at Murrayfield with a lot of admirers! but the socks have been tossed aside as they aren't that good, seem more for an older kid and are very thin!!

Simple they either sign up and stay or they find somewhere else to play

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
