Westwood did OK in the World Cup, so probably deserves to be in. Morley shouldnt be in.

No Pryce - the RFL cant ban him from SL, but they can suspend him from the national setup.

perhaps this had something to do with some of the none-selections: "The 17 will also form part of a national registered testing pool of players which the RFL have had to nominate under new World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules."

I'd agree with this he seems to have toned down the daft agression, without affecting his play. I'd have him at saints for a couple of years

McGuire's been off the boil for a while but who else is there to play 6? Pryce is superb in SL but like someone said the other day his dummy and step near the line just doesn't work at international level, saying this England on the whole don't do they.

2010 SL Prediction

1. Leeds
2. Warrington
3. St Helens
4. Catalan
5. Wigan
6. Huddersfield
7. Bradford
8. Hull KR
----------------
9. Wakefield
10. Castleford
11. Hull FC
12. Harlequins
13. Crusaders
14. Salford

err – as someone pointed out above, this is just the first 17 names in an elite training squad that will eventually be 30-strong – not a match squad. Match squads may include players from outside the training squad (TS says they'll be picked on form, but I suspect some of may be a bit cynical about that … ;) )

Doubt everything, even this

Was gonna post the same thing.
This is part of a squad of players that will meet up regularly to train together and receive use of Englands "specialist" facilities
