Ring and threaten him with the press. You'll get paid money back for the phone call and tickets / given the tickets. It worked a treat for me a few years ago when they didn't send me my shirt, it came the next day via recorded delivery.

Just sent him a pissy letter for now. Wait for his response. I got my money back, for both, but that isn't the point.
