My main gripe with Hiddink being second in manager of the year is because he's only been here half a year. Other manager's have had a full season with their sides, yet they've still managed to get to a cup final and they've still managed to punch kind of above their weight in the league. Moyes has been excellent at Everton and although it's over-achieving on their budget, it's quite clear they're a good side and aren't that far from challenging for 4th place. I think his job, over the full course of the season, is more deserving of second place over Hiddink.

I just don't think Hiddink has done anything special since coming in, he's a caretaker manager of one of the strongest sides in the world, I think a lot of manager's could have gained similar results with a side like Chelsea's, maybe not Alan Shearer

That's the Arsenal who half the people on here reckon have the best manager in the Premier League. He also tactically destroyed Barcelona in the Champions League. He's not nicking points off West Brom and Hull City like Hodgson, Redknapp and Moyes have done, he's gone up against the biggest sides in Europe.
