Unless the money was handed over in 2007 and you now rent the stadium that will not have happened.

The next question would be where that money went as it should have been declared as operating profit and therefore taxed as such.

Don't think crowd size will have anything to do with it! We have a site in place, a builder is place, have already sold our ground etc etc.

so what did happen with the naming rights project?

How many STs did you sell?

How much are gates down since last year ( despite several wins)?

You got £1.7M up front for the stadium at the end of 07 but have only 0.5M left. Where has the rest of the £ gone.?

You have a (greenfield)site with no planning permission a developer but no apparent funding.

Rumours - nothing more or less - are that players are available for release.

And now out of the blue a sale of shares! Not for investment in facilities or long term development but for ongoing player costs. for this season or next season..who knows?

Trin looking to raise £100K from a quick share sale. I wonder where the £100K figure for Brough came from..............

The relevant people are already convinced! (so they tell us)

From what I have read the stadium is still years away. I certainly don't believe all the bluster, especially given previous blusterings!

In the meantime crowds are down, big rumours of Wakey being potless etc. Not exactly an avalanche of good noises.

Sad to know so little about your own club. However they treat you like mushrooms re stadium naming / STs etc.

Not seen a singe article saying the cost of the stadium and how it wil be paid for. Have you/ (or are you in the dark..again?)

Give the guy a bit of slack MG. I don't know the ins and outs of our club and why should I?

Do we have £100,000 to spend on a player? etc - I can not answer.

Yes, if the stadium does happen it is years away, but that is no different to Cas, Salford, Saints, Bradford

Cant really comment on rumours.....what do you want me to say?? Suppose all l can say is non of the players so far have said anything.......would you not say that is a good sign??......you would expect the players or the agents to go public if they believed there was any truth in the rumours.

The bit im struggling with (not hard i know) is why would you sell your stadium in 2007 with no new stadium in the pipeline back then, looks to me like your in the proverbial big time.

I wonder if they've been stung by the image rights tax loophole closure?
