The season ain't over. It doesn't look good though. We certainly need a couple of big, experienced props. Our pack is weak and pathetic. Even then we'd need the likes of Fletcher and Morrison back to make it strong. I'm sure that's not beyond our capability.
The club are going to have to do a lot of wheeler dealing to bring this about. They'll also have to make sure they bring in the right men.
On thread drift:

Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”
There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back! Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!

I think the only thing we can cling to now is that the play-off system, despite it being heavily weighted in the top 2's favour, its not impossible to win it outside the top 2. If it was a straight league competiton, we'd be well and truely screwed by now, but if we can bring players in and we can turn it around, the play-off's could work for us. Remember Bradford in 2005? They were the best team by the end but probably weren't the best team until the last 7 or 8 games or so.
If we just trundle through the season picking up a few wins here and there and just scrape into the play-off's in 5th or 6th and in no sort of form then its obvious we'd just go out in the 1st round. If we do get a run together at some point though then we'll at least give ourselves the opportunity to still do something this season - doesn't look like we'll do anything at the moment, but its not over yet is it?
Oi, find your own position in the league and play-offs - that's our role!!
