If you have already sold your ground recently I would be extremely concerned. Selling property in a recession is bad idea unless you are being forced to by the bank.

Dwindling crowds despite decent on pitch performances certainly doesn't bode well when you want to convince the relevant people that this stadium is a worthwhile venture. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out...
