How many full time players do Widnes have? This isn't an attempt to wind anyone up, nobody may know on here.

Think we at Fax probably have 3 or 4 (watene, worrincy, black....i maybe wrong) who all work within the community department. Theres no point having say 10 fulltime players who train fulltime and then the rest come in on a evening, it'd be impossible to work on tactics etc. The best way is obviously all the players being fulltime but other than that clubs are probably better off having everybody training together part time.

As a side thought I presonally think Fev will run out of steam before the season ends.

Toulouse overseas players are effectively full-time. Quite a few of the young lads they have don't have a job but have "apprentice" status - they go to college as well as playing rugby. So don't get paid much but don't really have a day job. They're planning to make more of the squad full-time next year.

I don't see how any squad can truly be full-time given the level of salary cap.

About 8 of the Toulouse lads are full-time according to a conversation I had with their prop Brendan Worth after their thumping against Widnes.
